NYC slang for "what's up." Every country's got their own — klk in DR, wagwan in Jamaica, ossu in Japan. I bring mine, pick up theirs, and connect with people everywhere. One sound, instant link.
On the road
No gym? No excuse.
Hotel room, beach, a park, a stairwell — the workout comes with me. Bands, bodyweight, whatever's there. The system doesn't need a gym; it needs me to show up.

Prove consistency travels
Staying on track at home is one thing. Doing it across time zones, jet lag, and new food is the real test. I'm documenting it — the wins and the off-days — so you can do it too.

New food everywhere — I still hit protein and stay close to my targets without missing the local spots. Enjoy the trip, don't blow the progress.

Explore + move
Steps add up. Walking a new city, hiking, swimming — the trip itself becomes the cardio. Movement is the default, not a chore.
